No. Attendance, dinner, networking and all special educational materials are fully underwritten by a single category-exclusive sponsor and remain Sunshine-Act compliant. We do require all VIP guests to interview with us and complete a comprehensive 12 question survey regarding their needs.
Our format is 90 minutes of moderated peer discussion with a KOL, plus a 15-minute evidence briefing from selected amount of limited sponsors. No slide decks full of branding, no “lecture + meal” format, and no reps dominating the Q&A.

For exclusive sponsorships, our team can work closely with you on ABM campaigns as well as wishlist invites based on job titles. We also provide preferred pricing for multi-event sponsorships.

Roundtables are strategically hosted in priority hubs across the U.S. which are conducive to the themed focus of the series. A roundtable series will typically run in 4-5 cities nationwide in a calendar year.
The RSVP form captures all dietary needs, and the venue provides individualized plates—GL, vegetarian, kosher, halal, or allergy-specific. We host in upscale restaurants nationwide to ensure an optimal dining experience for all guests.
