FAQ's

We act as your event’s fractional exhibit and sponsorship sales department. We audit your inventory, design winning packages, run outbound campaigns, negotiate every contract, and hand you closed deals—no payroll, no training wheels. 


Internal staff add fixed salary, benefits, onboarding time, and management overhead. We’re plug-and-play, paid mostly on performance, and can scale up or down per event.  You keep control of the brand while we own the sales quota.


Your call. Some clients offload 100 % of exhibit and sponsor sales; others keep a key account executive and let us fill the rest of the floor. We integrate with whatever structure you already have.


Trade shows, expos, conferences, and large-format summits across B2B verticals—tech, healthcare, manufacturing, finance, you name it. Minimum viable size: 50 booths or $250 k in target sponsorship revenue.


Once the contract is signed and assets are approved, first outreach begins inside two business days. Expect pipeline momentum within the first week and closed deals within 30–45 days for most shows.


You get senior-level sales leadership and a full execution team for the slice of time your show actually needs—usually 3–9 months. When the event’s over, the meter stops until you need us again.


A modest monthly retainer, usually $2,500 - $3,500 covers infrastructure and baseline effort; success fees (commission) kick in only when cash is collected. No hidden charges, no nickel-and-diming for calls or collateral.


We can do either.  We believe in total transparency so you can see real-time event pipeline 24/7. We will help engineer the best system for results based on your needs.


No—unless you want them to. We are flexible to use the best email domains, your decks, your voice. To the market, we’re simply “the sales team.”


We sign strict NDAs, limit access to need-to-know reps, and never commingle lists between clients. When the contract ends, all data stays in your CRM or transferred to you from our Airtable account.


First step is a rapid audit. We’ll tell you if packages are mis-tiered, priced poorly, or missing upsell hooks, then fix it before any outreach starts.


Real-time dashboards show dollars in pipeline, weighted probability and any closed-won revenue. Post-event, we compare results against historical data and industry benchmarks.
